                                  About Daniel Spielfogel

Mr. Spielfogel has been practicing law for 39 years, primarily as a litigator in business, insurance, real estate, personal injury and employment disputes.  He received his A.B. degree in Economics from the University of Michigan in 1980. He attended Wayne State University Law School and Loyola Law School (Los Angeles), receiving his law degree in 1983. Mr. Spielfogel is admitted to practice law in the State of California, all of the United States District Courts of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal. Mr. Spielfogel has successfully argued before the California Court of Appeal. He has served as a Mediator for the Los Angeles Superior Courts.  Mr. Spielfogel has testified as an expert witness on various legal issues at trial. Mr. Spielfogel is a member of the Los Angeles County and Ventura County Bar Association.  Mr. Spielfogel’s practice includes both trying cases and advising clients how to avoid litigation to achieve strategic business solutions.
